Why I built Domani

Domani is Italian for tomorrow. It finds roles that are fully remote, or that offer visa sponsorship or relocation in writing. The best of them reach you each Sunday.

I'm Stefano. I have lived abroad for more than fifteen years, and I did not move for a job. My next move will be for work. I know better now what I want: a company I respect, work that matters to me, and people whose values I share.

Finding that is slow. The roles sit on hundreds of separate sites, and many are closed to anyone who needs a visa. So I built Domani to read them for me. It skips the roles I could not take and sends me the best of the rest each Sunday.

Even in a job you like, it is worth knowing what the market offers. When the day comes to move, you already know where to look.

How roles are found

We read company career pages and the applicant-tracking systems behind them. We keep a role only when its own posting says remote, visa sponsorship or relocation.

Postings change, and their wording is not always clear. We do not confirm each role with the company, so check the posting before you apply. If a role looks wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact form.

How Domani makes money

Readers buy a pass for one, four or twelve weeks. Passes do not renew, and today they are our only revenue.

Paid employer placements may come later. If they do, we will label those roles clearly.

We do not sell or share your personal data. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
